• Name, email address, phone number
• Photos, videos, or audio files
• Converted files
• Contacts
• Location data
• Usage analytics
• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers
• Payment information (handled by Apple only)

The App has no servers and no external data connections.

3. On-Device Processing

All conversions take place locally on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework.

Your videos:

• Are never uploaded
• Never leave your device
• Are never stored by the developer

Your data stays on your phone at all times.

4. Access to Photos/Videos

If you choose to select a video from your device, the App requests permission to access your photo library.

Important:

• The App only reads the specific video you select.
• The App does not scan your library.
• The App does not modify or delete any files.
• You can revoke access at any time via iOS Settings.

No video data is ever sent off the device.

5. Saved Files

Converted audio files are saved locally to your device in a location you choose (Files app, or shared through AirDrop, Messages, etc.).

We do not have access to these files.

6. In-App Purchases

Payments for premium features or lifetime unlocks are processed securely by Apple App Store.

We do not have access to your:

• Payment information
• Billing address
• Apple ID

Apple provides only anonymous confirmation that a purchase was successful.

7. No Tracking or Third-Party Services

The App uses:

• No ads
• No tracking SDKs
• No analytics tools
• No third-party libraries that transmit data
• No cloud services

We do not share data with anyone.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information and is safe for users of all ages. We comply with COPPA, GDPR, and global child data protection laws.

9. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no risk of your information being accessed, leaked, or misused.

Everything remains on your device under your control.

10. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because we do not collect data:

• We cannot access your data
• We cannot delete what we do not collect
• There is no data to export or provide

If you wish to stop using the App, simply delete it from your device.
